A Note From Our Founders
Let's join together and become a light of compassion and hope during the darkness of the tragic humanitarian crisis in Afghanistan by providing a free mobile medical clinic.
Amena Mobile Clinic is serving the desperate women in Afghanistan where extreme poverty, 4 decades of war, the pandemic and the current crisis has created a devastating situation and where our impact is extraordinary.
The heartbreaking Covid pandemic inspired my daughter and I to establish Amena Mobile Clinic (501c3 nonprofit) named after my remarkable mother’s name Amena meaning trustworthy.
I am an Afghan American pharmacist and believe every human has the right to medicine and healthcare.
We just started with a big heart and need your generous support to continue this phenomenal project that launched in January 2021.
Amena Mobile Clinic provides a hired medical team with 2 doctors, a nurse/ midwife and a pharmacist with essential medicine in a rented ambulance with a hired driver traveling to the underprivileged families in remote areas of Kabul, Afghanistan.
We are partnering with the local reputable Al Hayat Hospital in Kabul and their organization AIMA to implement our project on the ground.
The cost for our first Mobile clinic is $4000 a month to provide essential life saving free medical care to 150 patients a day 5 days a week which is an incredible impact on 3000 patients a month.
So your generous $200 a month sponsorship can provide compassionate medical care for 150 sick children and mothers and support 1 full day of the clinic for an astonishing individual patient cost of only $1.30.
Let’s together become the heroes for those needy children and mothers.
God bless you and your family with health!
